Darco Water Systems Sdn. Bhd., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement dated 14 May 2025 with Meda Renovation Sdn. Bhd. for the disposal of one (1) piece of freehold industrial land with a single-storey semi-detached factory.
